Stationary Constant Potential X-Ray Machine- TTSCP

Stationary Constant Potential X-ray machine is an NDT equipment, which is used to control and adjust constant potential x-ray and it may detect the inside defection of workpiece via radiography.

This X-ray unit adopts the High Frequency technology which promises the high voltage supplied the X-ray tube inserted with high precision.  The High Frequency technology reduces the time of starting and closing for whole machine in order to improve work efficiency. At the same time, this technology reduces the weight and size of components of machine.

Oil Cooler

Oil Cooler has oil flow- rate relay protection switch and oil temperature protection switch inside. When oil flow rate <22L/min , flow- rate switch begins to work, and the x-ray equipment will enter into protection mode, the controller shows the error warning ; When oil temperature >40℃, x-ray equipment enter into protection mode, the controller shows the error warning. That means the oil cooling system will perform double strict protections to the X-ray tube.

X-ray Tube Support Device

This device adopts power-driven control, moves the X-ray tube up and down, horizontally and rotationally. Up-down lift distance is 500-1800mm. The user could choose the best state of the tested parts according to the test requirements.

Low Voltage Cable

It includes power cable, control cable, cooler cable, earthing wire, signal cable (commonly included lead door protection cable and warning lamp cable) etc.
